Who I Am, What This Is

If you found this page by accident, maybe it wasn’t one.
This space wasn’t made to teach or fix you.
It was made to hold the parts of your mind that never had a safe place to speak. If you’ve ever felt too loud inside and too quiet outside…
Welcome, Drifter.

I’m La’shay.
A thinker. A feeler. A soul that moves through questions the way most people move through rooms—slow, aware, watching everything that no one else notices.

I’ve spent most of my life orbiting thoughts that don’t land easily.
Truth. Love. Identity. Reality. Belonging.
The things we’re all supposed to have figured out—but I never did.
Instead of chasing answers, I’ve learned to sit with the discomfort of not knowing.
That’s what Aimless Orbit is: a space for those of us still spinning.

This blog is where I spill the thoughts that don’t fit into group chats or surface-level convos.
It’s where I unpack what hurts, what haunts, what heals.
Where I question the systems that told me who I was supposed to be and wonder who I really am underneath all that noise.

I call those of us who live this way Drifters
not because we’re lost,
but because we were never meant to stay still.

So, if your thoughts loop,
if you feel too much,
if the world keeps telling you to be smaller and quieter—you belong here.

You don’t have to land to be real.
You don’t have to be certain to be worthy.
You just have to orbit with me.
